Annual Meeting
Annual General Meeting
The Mutual holds its Annual General Meeting each spring in Quebec
City. This is an occasion for voting members (elected delegates)
to represent the interests of their region, more specifically, by
adopting or amending, where applicable, the regulations of SSQ,
Mutual Management Corporation and by electing members to its Board
of Directors. Voting members can influence the continuing development
and direction SSQ Financial Group will take. This active participation
also provides members with an opportunity to become candidates for
election to the Board of Directors of SSQ, Mutual Management Corporation.
