SSQ Financial Group has an Equal Access Employment Program and we encourage women, aboriginal peoples and visible minorities to submit job applications. SSQ’s Equal Access Employment Program is in conformity with the Québec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. Our program allows us to determine if a sufficient number of persons belonging the above-mentioned groups (women, visible minorities and aboriginal peoples) is represented among our staff and, if not, to increase this representation within our company. Certain questions in our employment questionnaire are included to allow us to identify persons from these target groups who submit a job application to SSQ. The information we gather is used only for the purposes of our equal access to employment program. This information is kept strictly confidential may only be accessed by persons responsible for recruiting. |
