Services maintained, but prioritized

All your claims will be processed as quickly as possible.

In order to be fully available for our insureds who are currently in an emergency situation in Canada or abroad, and in keeping with the recommendations of the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA), we are prioritizing claims from insureds in the following situations:

  1. Persons who are ill abroad
  2. Persons abroad who must return as quickly as possible
  3. Persons in Canada who wish to cancel trips scheduled for the next 30 days

If your trip is scheduled for a date that is more than 30 days from now, we ask that you contact us in the weeks to come.

To avoid wait times over the phone, we recommend you use the Customer Centre. It may be accessed via our website and on our mobile app.

Important! If you are currently travelling outside Canada, you must have taken the necessary measures to return before March 27, 2020. Refer to your contract as certain exceptions may apply.

If you were unable to return before March 27, 2020 (due to border closures or unavailability of flights for example), you will continue to be covered until you are able to return. Keep all supporting documents proving that you were unable to return in time.
