Built on land acquired from the Congrégation des sœurs du Bon-Pasteur, Cité Verte covers a sprawling 93,000 square meters (1,001,043 sq. ft.), with a 19-meter (62 ft.) grade – starting at 69 m (226 ft.) near Chemin Sainte-Foy all the way down to approximately 50 m (164 ft.) at its North end. The grade is such that it’s not easy for pedestrians to see the scope of the site when walking along Chemin Sainte-Foy. The lot 300 m (984 ft.) deep on the East side.
The majestic trees on the property are located at the front of the buildings, which are approximately 35 m (114 ft) from the street.
