Sylvie Roseberry
Guidance counselor – Optima Global Health

With a master's degree in counseling psychology from McGill University and a member of the Ordre des conseillers d'orientation du Québec, Sylvie Roseberry has been working at Optima Global Global Health for 25 years. She has always been interested in people’s well-being both at home and in the workplace. As part of the Optima team, her broad expertise and her exceptional versatility have allowed her to participate as an experienced speaker, senior consultant and supervisor in vocational rehabilitation, clinical advisor in the Employee Assistance Program and health coach for HR managers. Throughout her extensive career at Optima, Ms. Roseberry has helped many organizations keep their employees healthy and productive, both physically and mentally.
