Want to know if a medical or dental service or item is covered by your group insurance plan? Here’s how.

Step 1

Access your dashboard

On beneva.ca

  1. Once you’ve logged in to the Client Centre, on the My products page, select your group insurance product.
  2. Under your Summary, in the Claims section in the left column, select Estimate reimbursed expenses.

On the mobile app

  1. In the Group benefits section, go to More online services.
  2. In the Claims section, go to Estimate reimbursed expenses.

Check your coverage

Follow these steps to see your coverage details:

  1. Click Your health benefits and then click to choose a service or item to check if you’re covered.
  2. On the Benefits eligibility page, select the service or item you want.

After accessing the Benefits eligibility page, fill out the required fields, then hit Continue. You’ll see all your coverage details for the chosen service or item.
