Open invitation to the 28th edition of the SSQ Insurance Volleyball Challenge
SSQ Insurance, in collaboration with the Club de volleyball Rouge et Or de l’Université Laval, is inviting the general public to the 28th edition of the Volleyball Challenge. Held September 20 and 21 at the Desjardins-UL Amphitheatre located in the PEPS pavilion, this is the marquis event for all volleyball fans as it marks the official start of the UL Rouge et Or season.
With the men’s team taking home bronze at the Canadian Championships and with the arrival of Danny Da Costa as head coach of the women’s team, fans of the Rouge et Or can expect to see some exciting high-level competition. At 6 p.m. on Friday, the women’s team will take on New Brunswick’s Moncton University Blue Eagles. At 7:30 p.m., the men’s team will face off against Ontario’s Western University Mustangs. Rematches are scheduled at the same times the following day.
